Order processing time

For ready to ship (in-stock) items, please allow us 2-3 business days to prepare and ship your package.

For made-to-order (crafted upon demand) and custom products, please allow us 7 business days to prepare and ship your package.

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping time

We ship via Canada Post and occasionnally via other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and more. We select the best shipping option for each order based on various factors, including delivery rates, speed, your location, peak seasons, strikes, and other considerations.

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided once the package is dispatched.

Customers in Canada

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery from the day your parcel has been shipped.

Customers in USA

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery from the day your parcel has been shipped.

Customers in other countries than Canada or USA

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery from the day your parcel has been shipped.

Return charges and duty fees 

If a package is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any return charges as well as any additional shipping fees.

For packages heading outside Canada, you may be required to pay import duties and tax before, on, or after delivery. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.
