Guarantee

We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all stitching. If you ever encounter any issues with the stitching of our products, we will happily repair it at no cost to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, misuse, staining, or watermarks on the leather or on the stitching.

Manufacturing defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it for you.

Exchanges and/or refunds (if applicable)

All sales are final. However, if the item is defective or malfunctions, we will provide a full refund or exchange after receiving the return and completing a product inspection. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Additional information

Each item is 100% handcrafted using ethically sourced materials. We carefully select each piece of hide to minimize imperfections, however, leather is a product of wildlife and some scars and scratches may appear on the finished item. Please note that colors may vary slightly between different batches of the same leather or under different lighting conditions.
