For ready to ship (in-stock) items, please allow us 2-3 business days to prepare and ship your package.
For made-to-order (crafted upon demand) products, requests are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. Depending on the number of orders that come through from customers, it may take up to a few weeks to complete and ship your custom item. Please refer to our homepage to know our actual lead time on new orders.
Customers in Canada
We ship via Canada Post. We select the cheapest tracked option available to keep costs down. Rates are calculated according to the size and weight of items. According to Canada Post, inland deliveries are achieved within approximately 10 business days. Please note that due to the global pandemic situation, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Customers outside Canada
We ship via Canada Post. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it is the safest. According to Canada Post, outland deliveries are achieved within approximately 15 business days. Please note that due to the global pandemic situation, delivery times may be longer than usual.
For packages heading outside Canada, you may be required to pay import duties and tax before, on, or after delivery. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

Each item is 100% handcrafted using ethically sourced materials. We carefully select each piece of hide to minimize imperfections, however, leather is a product of wildlife and some scars and scratches may appear on the finished item. Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look exactly the same.
